Actress Adunni Ade Talks About Suffering Domestic Abuse (PHOTOS)
In support of the ongoing campaign against violence on women, several celebrities have shown their support by appearing in a photo session.
The campaign comes under the aegis of the Respect A Woman project organized by actor Emmanuel Ikubese.
The photo session was directed by actress Juliet Ibrahim and location was the Le Paris Hotel, Lagos.
The cast on the campaign includes Tania Omotayo, Taje Prest, Beverly Naya and Adunni Ade.
Actress Adunni has since taken to her Instagram page to emphasize the weight of the campaign explaining that it is wrong to hit a woman no matter the reasons.
She posted an image today November, 24 and captioned it thus: “It is never ok to put hands on your significant other. A lot of us Women have experienced this and try to stay in the relationship all in the name of LOVE.”

She urged women in such situations to take a walk out of the relationship as quickly as possible.
“Get out while you can,” she said.
“So much more the WORLD has to offer than constant black eye, bruised body, or emotional trauma.”
