Nollywood actress Juliet Ibrahim attended a costume party  in Kristal Club in Osu on Saturday, October 31, wearing quite an impressive costume of a cannabis smoker.
1. Several days ago the whole went crazy celebrating Halloween, Juliet Ibrahim also joined the fun. She attended a Halloween charity party wearing a Rastafarian costume. Quite an interesting choice of costume, isn’t it?
