Political broadcast: President Obama used his hour-long appearance with Bear Grylls in Running Wild to push his climate change agenda
President Barack Obama preached his climate change agenda as he hiked around the wilderness with Bear Grylls - but the
most powerful man in the world was also left dumbfounded by an iPhone.
The Commander-in-chief's hour-long appearance on Running Wild aired on NBC on Thursday night, and showed his concern at a disappearing glacier in Alaska.
'This climate change agenda is important as anything I will ever do,' Obama said, before he discussed drinking his own urine with the survival expert.
During the episode he also ate salmon that had been chewed by a bear and spoke candidly about his restrictive life in the White House.
While most of other Bear's guests are forced to eat insects or live animals, Obama was given a s'more.
Dinner: Even though the commander-in-chief didn't have to endure the tasks most of Bear's guests have to go through, he did eat salmon that had already been chewed by a bear
Tucking in: The duo ate the salmon as they talked about climate change and the president's life in the White House
Delicious: They cooked the fish and Obama said he enjoyed it while revealing there is normally a strict policy about filming him when he eats
