UEFA released their 2015 team of the year on Friday and it has since received mixed reactions, most of which are surprises as to how some players managed to get on it while others who allegedly performed better in the year under review were left out.

Some fans question why Luis Suarez, just like in the Ballon d'Or final 3-man shortlist missed out while Real Madrid's James Rodriguez was included.

Juventus, the other finalists had only Paul Pogba who missed the crucial semi-final first leg 2-1 win against Real Madrid.

The 22-year-old hadn't featured for the Old Lady since injuring his hamstring in their Champions League last 16 second leg win over Borussia Dortmund in March but was voted for by fans to be included in the list.

There is absolutely no need for Uefa TOTY if we get the same players like 5 times in a row. They should consider something else!
