A crazy 23-year-old guy, Isah Idris who is believed to be taking "stuffs", was said to beaten up his won blood sister mercilessly last week to the extent of stripping he n*ked, for no just cause.
He had to be arrested, brother or no brother. A Sharia Court in Sabon Gari, Kano, on Wednesday remanded Isah for allegedly beating and stripping his younger sister, Rukayya.
The prosecutor, Cpl Ahmed Magawata told the court that the matter was reported at Zango Police division,
Kano by Rukayya, his sister.
Cpl. Magawata said that the accused, on January 7, 2016, beat up Rukayya and stripped her for stepping on his shoe while coming out of the bathroom. Just imagine the flimsy excuse!
"He beat the complainant, stripped her n*ked and injured her simply because she mistakenly stepped on his shoe," the police Corporal told the court.
The Judge, Abubakar Ayagi ordered the crazy guy to be remanded in prison custody after he pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal force contrary to Section 165 of Kano Sharia Law, preferred against him.
Isah's sentencing will come up on January 20, 2016.
